The problem

A brand new company with a logo and nothing else

John Martinez came to us through a referral from an old employer. Moretgage was brand new: an alternative mortgage lender ready to compete in a crowded market.

They had a logo. That was it. No website. No lead capture. No way to turn traffic into applications.

In mortgage lending, speed to lead is everything. The company that responds first wins. Moretgage needed a system that captured leads instantly and routed them to the right person.

What we did

A multi-step form designed to convert

Built a multi-step lead capture form that feels like a conversation, not a tax return. One question at a time. Progress bar. No friction.

The form routes submissions directly to BN Touch CRM so the sales team gets leads in real time. Google Ads tracking is wired in so John knows exactly which campaigns produce.

Added Umami analytics for privacy-friendly tracking and email notifications so no lead goes unnoticed, even at 2 AM.

The thank you page sets expectations and keeps the visitor engaged. No dead ends.

The result

Six years. Same form. Still converting.

We built this site approximately 6 years ago. The form still runs. The CRM integration still works. The tracking still fires.

Moretgage is still a client today. John Martinez still refers people to us.

That's the test of good design: not whether it looks fresh in year one, but whether it still works in year six.
